Refund Policy

1. Subscription access

Q Agro is a digital software subscription. No physical goods are shipped. Once a subscription is active, the customer receives access to the software for the selected billing period.

2. Cancellations

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation prevents future charges and access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

3. Refunds

Customers may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after purchase. Paddle will process the applicable refund.

4. Taxes and payment processing

Payments, tax handling, receipts and refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
