Refund Policy

1. Subscription access

Q Agro is a digital software subscription. No physical goods are shipped. Once a subscription is active, the customer receives access to the software for the selected billing period.

2. Cancellations

Customers may cancel a Web subscription through Paddle. Apple App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled through the account and subscription tools of the store where they were purchased. Cancellation prevents future renewals and access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.

3. Refunds

Refund eligibility and processing depend on the platform where the purchase was made. Web purchase refunds are handled by Paddle. Apple App Store and Google Play purchase refunds are requested and decided through their respective store processes.

4. Taxes and payment processing

Paddle processes payments, taxes, receipts and refunds for Web purchases. Apple App Store and Google Play process payments, taxes, receipts and refunds for purchases made through their stores.
