2. Information we collect
We collect information needed to operate Q Agro: name, email address, phone number, account and company identifiers, business details, operational records, support messages and subscription status. If you request a demo through the site, we collect your name, email, phone number, operation type, primary need and technical attribution details for the visit. When a user chooses to use those features, we may also process photos uploaded to records and precise location for plot maps, geofences and attendance.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and authenticate accounts, maintain customer and company records, provide maps, attendance and operational features, respond to support requests and demo requests, improve product stability and manage subscriptions. Location is requested through device permissions and used for the feature the user activates.
4. Optional commercial communications
Only when you give your consent, we may use your name and email address to send product news, educational content and Q Agro offers. This purpose is optional and does not condition access to the service. You may withdraw consent at any time through the mechanisms indicated in each communication or by writing to info@quantusti.com.
5. Diagnostics and identifiers
We may process account or device identifiers, usage events and diagnostic data, such as crash reports, to protect the service, analyze performance and fix errors. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising or tracking across apps or websites.
6. Service providers
We use Firebase Authentication, Realtime Database, Storage, Analytics and Crashlytics for authentication, database, storage, analytics and diagnostics. We use Google Maps and location services for map features. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Q Agro.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Web purchases are processed by Paddle. Purchases on iPhone, iPad and Mac are processed by Apple App Store. Android purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not store full card numbers; each provider processes its own payment, tax, invoice, fraud-prevention and refund information under its policies.
8. Security and retention
We use authenticated access and company-level controls to protect information. Demo requests are stored with blocked read access and retained for the time needed for commercial follow-up, security and legal obligations. We retain other data while an account is active and for the time needed for legal, accounting, security and operational purposes.
9. Rights and deletion
You may request access, correction or deletion of your account, demo request or data by writing to info@quantusti.com. Some requests may require us to retain information when needed to meet legal, accounting or security obligations.
10. Children
Q Agro is intended for businesses and authorized users in agricultural operations and is not directed to children.
