1. Service

Q Agro is a cloud-based software platform for agricultural and livestock management, operated and supplied by Quantus Tecnologia de Informacion. The service helps customers manage operational records such as livestock, field operations, inventory, machinery maintenance, human resources, accounting reports and analytics.

2. Subscriptions

Access to Q Agro is sold through monthly or annual software subscription plans. Subscription features may vary by plan. Prices, billing period, currency and applicable taxes are shown before payment at checkout.

3. Billing

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record and payment provider. Paddle may collect payment details, calculate applicable taxes and provide receipts or invoices according to its checkout process.

4. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials and ensuring that data entered into Q Agro is accurate and legally permitted for their business.

5. Acceptable use

Customers may not use Q Agro to violate applicable laws, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload harmful, illegal or infringing content.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Q Agro available and reliable, but the service may be updated, interrupted or modified from time to time for maintenance, security, product improvements or operational reasons.
